● Delivery Areas: We deliver to all governorates of Egypt.
● Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within [1-5 business days] from the date of order confirmation.
● Shipping Cost: Cost depends on the region and weight of the order.
● Shipment Tracking: The order will be confirmed with the customer via phone or WhatsApp message.

Return & Refund

Conditions and Requirements for Returns:
• Product damaged during shipping
• Receiving the wrong product
• Manufacturing defect in the product
• The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and original packaging (cellophane).
• If the perfume has been opened, a 20% deduction will be applied.
